Spouse on Tourist/H4 Visa

Hi,

I am currently on a H1B visa. I will be heading to India for my marriage sometime this month. After my marriage, I am planning to get my spouse with me for a few months (maybe 4-5 months). My spouse has been holding a tourist visa for sometime now. What kind of constraints will I face if get my spouse on a toursit visa rather than getting a H4 processed?

Please advise.

As long as she already has tourist visa, I don't see any problem.
