  • F1 visa

I came to the USA in 1999 on visitor visa. istayed 6 monthe and after that i extension another 6 months, I change my status in to F1 while I am i USA. I went to school and I got my associate degree, then immigration gave me EAD for 1 year opt. I worked in company for 3 months. Then I again went to school and transfered in to F1 to study. I am completing my bachleor degree in computer science in december 2009.
I never go back to my country because I have not multiple f1 visa, friends and my school counso=lor told me that I have to go back to my country and get multiple visa from the embassy. But again it is risk? They might be reject!!
I have my 12 years son and wife, we each other separate for 9 and 10 months.
My family went home land USA embassy for an interview and visa officer rejected 2 time F2 visa, Visa officer said that I came on visitor visa and changed my status in to F1 and still staying USA. so, they afraid my family will do same thing.
    I have questions please answer..
    a) once i completed my degree if iget my H1B it is possible to get them through my country USA embassy?
b)If I get my H1b it is possible to go to my country and back(Still i need to multiple my H1B or not)
    c) Can I sponsor them to visit my graduation cermony?

    I need this things
I need to go see them and back or I need to get them here.
    can you suggest me please./

    a. Yes, on H4 visa.
    b. Possible. But you still run the risk. H1 is dual intent, but you violated the terms of visas issued to you severly in the past, so the consulate may consider that in their decision.
    c. You can, but it'll be difficult to get it, same as for F2.
