Applying visa for second time

Hi,

My mom's visa got rejected at chennai under 214b. I am the only daughter and I don't have father....There is no strong ties to prove. But, they didn't check all documents what we had like affidavit, bank.....
They just aksed what r u doing ? Where is your husband ?

Anyway, what is the time gap to apply second time ?

Any suggetions on what we can do better next time will really help !!!

She can apply again anytime 3 days after rejection.
