10 years visit visa
Hello All,
My daughter will visit me here in US for 3rd times this June,2009.with my mother and my under age son.the last time she visited me.she stayed here for 4 and half months.from oct 29,2008 to march 14th 2009.
she must come back again in june to accompany my under age son(17 yrs old) and my mother.they wanna stay here 5 months this time.do you think this will be a problem to the Immigration fort of entry?because my daughter will be enter again here after 2 and half months?she got 10 years visa (multiple entry)my mother first time here in US she got 10 years visa too and my son is immigrant.I hope you can answer my question.
