Help!!B2 Visa Reject

Hello,
I am 25,unmarried and my Tourist Visa rejected last week.
My real brother was sponsering Tourist Visa to me for 7 weeks.
But last year my maternal aunty,her husband and daughter had visited USA in oct 2008 for 5 weeks and they asked my real brother to send an invitation letter for their stay to show legal address on form.He did the same. Now VO got confused with the relation of my brother with my aunty's family and rejected my visa.They asked me whether he is my real brother.

Help me what to do!!!
I want to reapply now.

If the person is actually your brother, show the proof.

Show the birth certificates of both the persons with at least one common parent.
