Hi All,
I have a strange case.Iam planning on bringing my In-Laws from India,on a visitors visa. But my H1-B is still processing so,couldn't ask them to go for the visa appointment for the fear of rejection.
My in-laws' children(My wife and her brother) are in USA.
Now,one of my family friends, who are citizens here in USA,are willing to sponsor for their visa.
My question is : What if in the interview, they ask about my In-Laws' children( and proof of their legal status) and why they are not sponsoring for their visa?
Please advise me as to how to proceed on this.
Thanks!
