hi, i need to know if he bank account that you show have to be opened for awhile. i just opened a new bank account and i am going to send that to show finanacial support for my parents.
will that matter in anyway?
please advise.

Did you open bank account just now because you just came to US or was your bank account earlier with some other bank?

well, i have been in the u.s for a while. i had an account with another bank before. but for some reaons i had to change the account into another bank.

Then send the statements of old bank account as well that shows money transfered from old to new.

well, the problem is that i didn;t have that much money in my old account. i just got a loan for some personal purposes and opened this new account with that money. so,i was wondering if i could send that and that won;t cause any problem.

You send whatever you have. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the money in bank should be your own money, and not borrowed from someone temporarily just to show lot of money to sponsor visitor visas.
