    Appt at Cheanni for Andhra Pradesh resident

    Hi all,

    My parents live in AP close to Madras (3 hours). Are they allowed to apply for visitors visa at Chennai embassy ?
    By default, for AP residents the appts are showing up for Hyderabad embassy.

    It sucks to travel to Hyderabad (overnight train or flight)

    Hyderabad it is, if VFS shows that alone. Chennai has allowed until recent past, not sure of the current day rule.

      AP residents need to go to Hyderabad.

      Unfortunately, government can't satisfy everyone.
