Visitor visa for Mom and In-laws at the same time

Hello immihelp Admin,

My visa expires next year. So, I want to bring my mom (single widow) , Father-in-law and Mother-in-law to visit US this fall. Mom's visitor visa was rejected 4 years back. Also, my mom had a paralytic stroke last year. She has recovered but not completely. She will be able to walk normally using a walking stick.

1. Would my mom's health condition a problem for visitor visa?
2. Is it a good idea to send 3 of them together?
3. Or send my Mom seperatley and In-laws few weeks later?
4. How much $$ should I show for financial support?

4. Enough to take care of all the expenses.
