My mother returned from USA last year without realising the visa waiver information had not been retained by Customs. She subsequently sent all the relevant information as detailed in your website to the Kentucky address in February this year. She has since heard nothing.
Is this normal? She is concerned that this may have been lost or otherwise not dealt with, and there is no way to contact these people other than by post.
Do they usually take this long? Would they normally acknowledge receipt?
