self sponsored visitor visa

I had been to US almost a year back. My sister had sponsored me for a tourist visa. She had provided I-134. For soem reason she wont be able to sponsor this time. I am not working in India as doctor at the moment. Ineed to be In US since she is pregnant and has been advised bed rest and also give my exams. what do i do about teh i-134 and other documents

You have to provide the documents that you can take care of the expenses yourself. If you can't, someone else has to provide the documents that they can take care of your expenses. If no one else can, you can't get visitors visa.
