NOC for my parents

Hi,

My parents plan to visit my sister in the US.They have an interview on the 15th of May'09. I was informed that the NOC is required for Govt employees. My Mom is a Teacher with the Andhra Pradesh State government. So I understand that she needs a NOC.

However, when contacted her authorities, they have informed that they would issue a NOC for obtaining Passport but my mom already has a passport.

So found a sample NOC of a letter to the US Consulate expressing interest to visit the US and requesting permission for 6 months of leave.

Can I use this format as the NOC. Further , since she is a teacher, can you suggest who needs to sign this letter. Will it be fine if the Head master of the school issue it?

I am also looking to apply visa for my parents. I am looking for a sample format of NOC for my father who is also a school teacher in AP.

If you have the sample NOC format could you please provide me with that and let me know how your mother got the NOC signed..I mean, did she specify any other reason for US visit or its just a pleasure visit? and from which official?
