My Sister's Visitor was rejected because she mentioned by mistake that my wife was pregnant. Would like to know what our options to apply for Second time? Please assist us.

Yes, they do keep records.

You can apply at any time after 3 business days from first rejection.

i am also facing the same prob. my mom's B2 visa got rejected a month back, as we wrote the purpose of the trip 'to help my daughter with her pregnancy'..she is planning to apply again. this time we have changed the purpose to tourism. will this after in anyway? are there any chances of rejecting it again on the basis that the purposes trip have been changed from last time..

When we apply for IInd time within two months timeframe, do we need to show the latest copies of bank and salary statements?

This is very subjective.

Usually not needed but better to send latest papers.

what if they ask whether your daughter has 6 month baby or not?
If that scenario is true how should they answer?
