hi,
i am filling out form I-134 for my mother-in-law.
in form I134, affidavit of support, in question 8, the following person are dependent on me for support is required:
my question is should I include my wife there?
as my wife recently changed her status to F-1, though her visa is still H-4.
However, I still sponsor her education.
We filed a joint tax return for 2008.
Kindly let me know at the earliest.
