Two I-34s

Hi All:

While reading the instructions for the I-134 on this website I saw the purpose of the form mentions:

"To file a promise with USCIS to support an alien entering the United States and that the alien will not become a public charge. A separate affidavit must be filed by the sponsor for each person."

If both parents are coming do I need ywo seperate 1-134?

I did 2 for my parents and inlaws.

One for each person.
If parents are coming, do 2.
If in-laws are coming, do 2.
If both parents and in-laws are coming, do 4.

I was about to sen just one. Should I split the amount between two affidavit (I mean the amount in my bank, first I just put whole amount in 1 affidavit)?

In continuation to above question:

I meant in 11th clause,

"That I intend do not intend, to make specific contributions to the support of the person named in item 3.
(If you check "intend," indicate the exact nature and duration of the contributions. For example, if you intend to
furnish room and board, state for how long and, if money, state the amount in United States dollars and state
whether it is to be given in a lump sum, weekly or monthly, or for how long.)"

Do I split the amount or I dont have to write the amount at all?

Don't write amount in that question. Just say all reasonable costs.

The 11 item on the form starts with...

I apologize for not being specific the last time. My parents will be mentioning just 1 month as duration of stay in d/s 156.


Shouldn't I be mentioning the same. ( 1 month sounds to less, but they cannot come here for more than that)

You don't really have to mention exact duration. You can say 'entire stay'.
