Visitor visa - 21 f single

Hello

i am going to appear for a visa interview to visit my sis at NYC. I have just finished my B.E and joinin an MNC with a high pay package next month... so wanna visit her for about 20 days... what are my chances for a B2 visa?? she is sponsoring me... my parents visited her last summer... i have my company offer letter to show as proof of employment...
