i applied b2 visa last year i got rejected again i applied i got 1 month visa,at the poe they gave me 3 month but i stayed there only for 15 days ,this year i applied i got rejected twice, the reason i said is to meet my brother but when i applied for visa at that time my brother was in india, will they know he is in india, now he went back to usa, can i apply now ,i really no intention to stay there i have business and family
