Hi,
I have to go US for 4 month training through my company where i am currently working. I am in indore (MP) since july 2003 earlier i was in Delhi for 3 years. I applied a business visa under BEP from Mumbai. It has been refused with the reason:"You are not stayed in Mumbai district so apply from New Delhi."
Then i applied in New delhi under BEP program. Again they said "Detailed explanation for training, why 4 months?"
Now i got detail training schedule for 4 month from US and i am planning to apply again.
Can you please tell me should i apply again or not? I mean what are the chance to get visa.
Second thing if this time my visa is refused then does it impact in my future visa applications(like L1)?
After rejection 3 rd time , after how long time i can reapply.
Pls give response as soon as possible.
