visitor visa to spouse

hi!i am a doctor worked in jamaica for 3years[from 2000april-2003june].got 10yrs multiple entry&my wife got 1year multiple[we got visitors visa in jamaica].i visited US 7 times in the last 3 years each time for 1week only mainly for attending medical conferences.US embassy has a record of that as my passport shows that i attended conferences regularily.all visits from jamaica.i'm 30 year old.my wife is 26yrs old.i resigned my job and we came back in july 2003.my wife's visa expires on 13thmarch,2004.she went to USA ON 19THDECEMBER2003 FOR 10DAYS VISIT.this is her first visit.she is coming to india tomarrow.right now i'm working here&planning to set up a hospital.i'm planning to visit US in july2004.i would like to see my wife also coming with me.for that we need to appear for visa [she has to attend kolkata embasy] in the 1st week of july.can you please tell what are the chances for her to get the visa again.i'm attending a conference in june.i'm going to pay the registration fee of $700 for the conference.once i pay they send paid invoice&invitation letter to me.i would like to produce that also at the time of interview.thank u .
