Visitor Visa Question?

My parents got Visitor visa for 1 yr(Expires on may5th,2004).Now my mom alone is planning to come here in month of Feb 2004,Will that be a problem?She has only 3months left b'4 visa expires.

Not a problem. Any visitor visa holder can enter at any time before the visa stamp expires and stay is determined at the time of port of entry.
