10 year old sister applying for visitor visa to US

I am on a H1 visa in the US. I was planning on sponsoring my parents to come visit me here. But I also have a 10 year old sister. Can anyone please tell me if my sister can also apply for the visa along with my parents, since she is a minor and stays with my parents?
