Hi, I'd a doubt in DS-156 ,
Q.18 : Spouse's full name ( even if divorced or separated. Include maiden name) :
When i prepared the form for my father , i included the spouse name as given in his passport ( which differs from my mother's name in her passport only in the last name part)
Will this be okay?
