Parents visa rejection - any reflection on your H1

Hi all,
I was wondering if there is anybody who has had done his/her H1 stamping after their parents visa got rejected.
My mom's visa got rejected last week and I wanna try again. In the meantime I also have to get my H1 stamped next year. If it gets rejected again, will it have any effect on my issue.

Nothing to worry. Those 2 things are independent. One will not have negative on another.

May I know if you converted from some other visa, like F1, to H 1 and applied for visit visa for your paremnts before stamping of H 1? If so, does this negatively affect the visit visa issuance?
