urgent guidance

dear all,

my wife is a US green card holder and one year old daughter a US Citizen. my wife has already applied for a spouse visa for me. Last year i applied for a visist visa to US from Dubai and that is rejected. Now my wife is again pregnant and i want to travel to USA to bring my child? The spouse visa applied by my wife is pending. Is there a possibility of getting a visit visa if i submit a doctors certificate to US Consulate

Please advice

No. A visitor should not have immigrant intent as per the law.
