Are documents required for all children of visting parents?

My wife is sponsoring her parents a visitor visa to US. Her parents have 2 daughters and 1 son. 1 daughter is in India, 1 daughter is working in US (my wife) and the son is working in Germany.

We've extensively followed content in immihelp and prepared all our documents. Currently we do NOT have any documents about the son working in Germany. Do we need to carry anything related to him?
