B2 Visa - Visaways Chennai

Hi i am planning to send my parents for visitor visa interview next month in chennai. Since this is the first time they are applying for visa i thought it might be a better idea if they could use the service of a third party. So i just came across this company called VISAWAYS. They are in chennai. Has anyone used their service before. Are they good or is there anyone else who can help my parents with the visa. Any suggestions or opinions will be appreciated.

Just wondering...why is using a third party the first time one is applying such a good idea?

US consulates never encourage taking the help of visa agents. And the process although it is stressful is not complicated enough to need a visa agent.

Avoid any agents as they cannot influence any favorable decisions on the visa.
