Hi,
My mom is on visitor visa in US and at POE she was given authorized stay for six months i.e up till Jan 2005.As my brother lives in Ireland, we applied for her visitor visa to Ireland here in San Francisco and visa was issued to her for 3 months.Now, she is planning to travel to Ireland in next couple of weeks, My question is that while coming back from Ireland to USA, at the POE, would she be given new I-94 or old one will be effective.Is this going to create any problem at the POE?
