Hi,
My parent are going for interview (2nd attempt) on 10 th Aug at mumbai consulate. Their visa got rejected under 214B for first time.
I am in US on H1B visa which is expiring on %%WORD24% 06 (total 6 years). I have not applied for greencard and I am returning back in India after the visa expires. Will it help if my parents mention this in the interview.

Justification

First one was rejected on 29th June. Interviewer asked about leave sanction certificate to my father and my father didnt had that. Now he is going with leave sanction certificate from his company.
Reason behind my question was, My Father can tell in interview that as my son is returning back after his visa expires on %%WORD43% 06, he has no reasons left to be a possible immigrant as all other relatives (including my 2 sisters, one of them is unmarried). Their intension are for tourism purpose only.
What do you all think, Will this work,
