Visitor Visa - if both children are in USA

Hi All,

My Sister (only daughter to my parents) is sponsering Visit visa for our parents in India.
My Sister is a Greencard holder.
I am waiting for my H1 Visa extension which got expired on April 28, 2009. I got a RFE and my employer answered it on June 26, 2009.

Now my question is:- When my parents go for stamping in India,should they mention that I (their only son) live in USA?

If they mention that, is the officer going to ask about my Visa status.

Please help with expected questions and how to answer those questions.

They MUST mention everything truthfully about both of you or risk being barred from even applying for a visa forever, if they are caught falsifying any facts. They do have means to verify your information, BEWARE!
