My parents went to get a Visitors visa on July 24, 2009. They were given a PINK Handout and they kept both their passports with them. What does this mean?
They were just told to track the case online. My fathers case is showing PENDING in the online status report. But my mothers case is not even there. Its been 2 weeks and her case is still not showing. What could be the problem? Please advise. Thanks!

Thank You for the reply. What could be the reason why my mothers passport number doesn't show on the online status even now ( its been over 2 weeks now )? Also what could be the reasons why a case is put in admin processing?

Please advise. The status changes every Tuesday and Friday. Today also there is no status update. I have the following questions:
1. How long does it usually take for them to complete the admin process?
2. They kept my parents passport also with them. What does that mean?
3. My fathers case is still showing as PENDING, while mothers case is still not shown in the status report. Why is that?
