Vistor reentry time

Hi,
My mom was in the US from April 17 to Sep 10 , 2009 and she wants to come back in Jan 2010 as she has taken a 1 yr break from her work.
Is it advisable for her to come as she just left the US in Sep 10, 2009 ?

Please advise.

As long as they don't stay for constant extended periods of time, she should be fine to visit as often as she likes, providing she doesn't or hasn't previously outstayed her visa - Seems she was there almost 5 months before ?

Hi,

She has stayed in US for a period of 5 months. But she wants to visit again after a gap of 4 months from her perious stay.

She stayed from April-Sep and wants to come back in Jan.

So are u saying it is fine.
