No 3rd page on DS 156 for bar code!!

I do not see a third page on my ds 156 form that should apparently have a bar code. I see 2 pages only and the 2nd page has a bar code with the HDFC receipt number below it. I have submitted the docs today and my appointment is on 20 Aug. Some one just told me that I should have received a third page too on dS156.

any ideas? I went back to the download link and opened up the form again to double check but it doesnt have a 3rd page at all! I filled up everything online.

You do not get a 3rd page on VFS. The third page appears only if DS156 is filled through the evisaforms website which is not what applies to VFS.
