hi,
i realized that i have written NA for 'other' first name and surnames used ( Q 8 and 9) in Ds 156 form. It is non editable. Should I inform someone at the consulate office so i can correct it by writing down the first name and surname or should i leave it as it is like NA? That first name and surname is not used in any reference, though the passport mentions the different first name as a remark. Is this important as far as ds 156 is concerned?
