Hi,

I recently (this month) sponsored my in-laws (father-, mother- & brother-in-law...bro-in-law got rejection) for visitor's visa. I showed $xxxx for each person. Now I want to sponsor my parents. They will be going for visa interview next month. Though all 5 people will not come to US together, do I need to show my bank balance sufficient for 5 people ($20K)? Or just 10K (for 2 people) would be sufficient for my parent's interview?

There is no specific rule for this.

You should be able to take care of the expenses for everyone as and when they come to the US.
