No. If immigration officer can not understand what the person being interviewed says, he will call ?he next person in the queue to assist him to understand.

On second thoughts a I have seen older people on wheelchairs get assistance at PoE, but I am not sure about translators. I dont think there are translators at PoE. However, if wheelchair assistance is not needed, please dont opt for it.
