Coming to USA

I need help. My father got 10 year multiple entry visitor visa to USA. He is busy in searching matches for me. He wants to come to USA after one year. Will it be OK if my father comes after one year at port of entry in USA. Could you please let me know whether it will be ok otherwise he has to come as soon as possible to vaildate his 10 yr multiple entry.

He can come anytime within 10 years.
