Postalcode not serviceable

    Postalcode not serviceable

    While I was completing form DS 156, I was asked to enter the alternate address for passport delivery and I entered my parents address back home. Then the system says the postal code I entered is not serviceable.

    Don't they deliver to all locations in Kerala?
    Please provide a solution to this.

      The travel agent who we are planning to buy the tickets from, let us use their address and their postal code was serviceable.
