Online Appointment-Can application be submitted personally?

I just took an appointment at Mumbai consulate online at visa-services.com. The signed application (DS-156) and other material need to be submitted alongwith the printout of this confirmation (called interim confirmation) to VFS. The confirmation document says that the applicant has to submit it through Blue Dart. Can it be submitted personally at Mumbai visa services' office? Or, is it mandatory to be submitted through courier?

Yes, you can also submit it in person at VFS office in Mumbai.
