Q9.That i have submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s) in form I134

I've submitted I134 when applying H4 for my wife last year. I'm sponsoring visitor visa for my inlaws(MIL/FIL)

Do i have to mention my wife's name or should i say none.
