DS forms for visitor visa

Hi,

I am in H1B, i am trying to apply USA visitor visa for my in-laws. While i was filling DS forms for my father-in-law i can able to fill only DS-156 form but i can able to fill DS-156 and 157 for my mother-in-law.

Please advice me.

Hello.!

Once you are done with filling the first form you then need to select generate family duplicate, its then you'll be bale to add more party to your forms.

Also remember the age criteria for which it is mandatory to fil up DS- 157.
