Would it be better for both me and my wife to sponser her parents for a visit to the US. If we both do it do we have to both submit I-134 and affidavits of support. Or is it ok if my wife just sponsers even if i have a more stable and secure job?

Only one person should sponsor. In I-134, you can combine both of your assets together.
