Inviting parents, while i am in the middle of H1 Transfer ?

Hi,

My parents are attending B2 visa interview in 3rd week of July, in Chennai.
I have previous company's valid H1 till 04/2005. I moved to another company recently, and my new H1 got approved very recently (INS online status). If i can't receive my new H1 approvals, before my parents attend the interview, can my parents show:
(1) previous company's valid H1
(2) new company's H1 filing receipt.
(3) INS online status approval for new company's H1.

Your help is appreciated.
