I sponsored a friend and a singer to perform concert at a wedding function and for tourism purpose as well. I requested his stay from July 15th till Nov 15th when I filed.
But the latest available date I got is couple of days of the wedding. I still took that appointment. What are the chances of getting VISA, even if he wants to come after the wedding.
2. Suppose he is open to coming now or later and he goes for interview now and requests them to issue visa from February through April, would they accept his request?? Even though the application indicates specific dates can they issue visa for future dates during the interview, if requested?? If so, do I need to send papers again??
