Form I-134 Question

Hi. I'm planning to bring my in-laws to US.I'd some doubts reg filling of form I-134.

1) Q.8: that the following persons are dependant upon me for support , wholly or partially dependant :- Who are to be included here (is it in-laws & wife?) & what is meant by partially dependant?

2) Q.9: that i've previously submitted affidvits of support for the following persons :- I'm bringing my in-laws for the first time.So, can I write 'None' ?

3) Q.10: that i've submitted visa petitions to the immigration & naturalisation service on behalf of the following persons :- What am I supposed to include here?

4) Q.11: that i intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person named in item 3 :- Is it okay if i say that, I will take care of their return journey , food,housing & all other personal expenses?

3. If you have filed fo anyone's immigrant visa, write here. Else none.
