Need Help

My father is in India and my In-laws are in US with us on visitor visa for whom is sent sponsorship. Is there any requirement to wait until my in-laws return before i schedule any appointment for my father. He is alone in India and is ex-Army. Please help me with proper guidance and in case any thing else is required as he being alone i am afraid his chances of VISA on visitor are less?

1. There is no such requirement. You can sponsor your father's visitors visa whenever you want.

2. Being alone is not too much of an issue. However, depending upon what he was doing in the army, that could potentially be an issue.
