I'd like to tell you that these so called 'agents' are mostly very unreliable people. I have heard of they being careless in every step of the process putting on their ever so confidence infront of the client but when things so wrong they dont take any resposibility. In the end the client has to face the consequences.

This is a relatively easy thing for you to do for your parents, an agent is not needed.
