    Visitors visa Re-entry

    Hi:

    My father's Visa has expired in May 2004. He is in USA and I94 is valid till November. I would like to know whether he can go to Canada for a visit and re-enter USA.

      If the visa stamp says, visa valid until may 2004
      how are you going to re-enter ????

      What's I-94 got to do with this ?

        That checking does not apply while entering by land on US-Canada border. They don't issue new I-94.
