My parent’s visa was rejected under 221(g). for not providing financial status documents. Now here is my problem. My parents were carrying all documents with them. They were asked a few questions which my parents answered. Nobody asked for any documents. But the visa was rejected. I am totally confused.

Has this happened to someone before? How can they not ask for any document and then reject the visa for not giving financial documents?

Many times, there is no rhym or reason why it is rejected.
