providing financial ties in India

Hi,
I am applying for visitor’s visa for my parents. My mom has home and a land property in her name. My dad doesn’t have anything in his name. He receives pension.

I need to provide strong financial ties in India for them. I welcome your suggestion regarding this.

Show pension book. Show all your property.

If you have relatives, younger siblings, older parents, show all. Depending upon your unique situation, come up with something that will show ties.
