I am hoping to come to America in August next year for a 2 week holiday with my husband and children to Disney. I understand we all need to get visas in advance now.The last time we cam was 5 years ago.
18 years ago I was deported from Australia back to England as I had married a friend to get my residence and been reported. I was told it was a non criminal offence and got a 3 year ban from going back. Would this affect my visa for holiday in USA? Would I have to declare it even though it was an offence in Australia not Uk my home and passport?
i have been to the USA 3 times since and it has never caused a problem..
